Here’s a simple way to work it into your training:
Warm up adequately (think Global Blood Flow and Dynamic Stretches)
Then follow an EMOM format:
EM10-16 (Every Minute on the Minute)
:40sec Work – Alternating Devil’s Press
:20sec Rest
- Challenge yourself with Reps/Intensity/or Weight
- This is a “Choose Your Own Adventure” workout
- Form is key – watch the bottom position, stay strong – virtuous, beautiful movement above all else!
- Strong back, brace for the weight, be aggressive!
