Easy Lunching…

Literally THE easiest lunch in the world:

  • Veggies – snap fresh from the frozen section
  • Protein – flavoured tuna and hemp seeds
  • Carb – dark sourdough bread
  • Fat – 1/4 Avocado and pumpkin/sunflower seed topper

Getting the balance right, no need to overcomplicate things 😉👌

Plus, this took all of about 5mins to put together.

If I had more time perhaps I could have jazzed this up a bit…cooked something perhaps? But today is a rush and this is my best option in the moment. And it’s the moments that matter 🙌
