Yes, our Online Club Hub offers you the ability to comment on posts and connect with others who are working towards similar health and wellness pursuits. 

We also use these comments to help us respond quickly to the needs and questions of our TLB community – and create content accordingly! We keep current and are constantly evolving, just like you are.

Our 4-part Wellness Project is designed to empower your employees towards a life of better health and wellbeing – simple and effective habit changes that will completely alter their way of thinking! This package includes membership access to our online learning hub throughout the course – it’s filled with real, simple, sustainable strategies for lasting habit change.

We can also be super flexible and meet the needs of your organisation in your own unique way. Perhaps you would like a guest speaker for your next company breakfast or lunch; or tailor a specific programme to a specific demographic within your organisation?
