This is a great way to “save” your fruit before it goes off.
I love to “snap-freeze” those more expensive fruits such as bananas and grapes.
It changes the texture slightly and makes for an interesting eating experience! A frozen grape or banana tastes very oddly “different” to a regular one! I actually prefer the frozen variety.

How to do it:
- Line a tray with baking paper and cut your fruit to suit.
- Spread it out and pop it in the freezer overnight – in the morning they will be frozen in perfect individual portions as required.
- If you pop all of your bananas in the freezer together… the next day they will be in a big jumble!!! Snap freezing them separately like this means they are easy to use and eat straight-away

Our favourite fruits to freeze are grapes, blueberries, and bananas… but don’t let that stop you from trying other fruits.
This is a perfect snack for after lunch or dinner – grab a handful and enjoy! This can give you a nice “sweet” feeling if this is something that you are struggling with at the moment on your journey.
Re-adjusting your tastebuds to the true sweetness of nature’s foods is a process that can be enjoyable and fun!
