Here at TLB we believe that health and wellness is a constant, continuous journey.
You never MAKE IT, or FINISH IT.
Rather, it’s always there, in the front of your mind, driving every choice and thought you make.
Beyond “Grateful”
Many daily reflections encourage you to list what you’re “grateful for”. At TLB we live a life of CONSTANT gratefulness, for every part of our journey. The good, the bad, and the ugly! It all plays a part.
However, instead of focusing solely on what we’re grateful for, we like to focus even deeper into those aspects of our life that we can control – those parts that we can alter, improve, push and evolve.
Gratefulness is stationary. It’s beautiful, and heartwarming, but it doesn’t EXTEND us.
Identifying areas that we can GROW is the real ticket. This can be uncomfortable, scary, and raw. But what other purpose are we on Earth if not to be the best version of ourselves that we can be?

So when you sit back after a long day, instead of listing 3 things that you’re grateful for, ask yourself the questions above.
