Fitness + Massage - TOGETHER! Choose from our Standard Package: 35mins Fitness session, followed by a 35min Back and Neck massage (allow 1hr/15)

Deep Tissue, Relaxation, or Remedial Massage

Choose the massage that is right for you! Heather works intuitively and holistically with your needs in order to intricately heal sore muscles, relieve stress and tension, and restore optimal movement mechanics.

Heather is a unique practitioner in that she adapts and changes her massage technique depending on your specific needs. ‘The Body’ always keeps the score, and Heather knows exactly how to help you find relief from chronic pain, acute conditions, mental and emotional health and anxiety.

At TLB we teach a Habit-based approach to help you make better CHOICES…What Heather does as a Nutritional COACH, is to help guide you to make better nutritional decisions by examining your current habits and where we can make some adjustments.

We can help you recognise PATTERNS that are affecting your nutrition, and your life! Let’s stop overcomplicating things! Before you spend heaps of money trying to figure out what’s “wrong” with you, we help you work out all the simple strategies that will dramatically affect your health and wellbeing. Simply by getting back to basics and eating good, quality food.

One way to do this is by examining your relationship with yourself and your ENVIRONMENT – NOT your “relationship with food” (I hate that expression…BTW). We look at all of the factors that contribute to your HABITS around eating. Interestingly (and unsurprisingly) these are the factors that are the most difficult to change, and to even notice! We show you how – through honest, true, non-judgmental reflection and digging!

At TLB We subscribe to a simple, vibrant, natural diet that is full of flavour, choice, and variety. By following a few key principles, we can teach you do as well! Simple! Effective! We also know how to live well and enjoy treats and delicacies on occasion – this is all part of our way of life here at The Lifestyle Block.

$75 includes:  1hr Individual Nutrition Workshop, 3-day food & mood diary check, macros set-up and post-session check-in

Real Fitness - Fast!

This is for clients who want a quick and simple guided workout. Session Includes: Warm-up, Strength and Conditioning (Resistance Training), followed by a Metabolic (Cardio) piece to finish. For those who are short on time, but still want to maximise their results and have a close eye on their form.

Our 4-part Wellness Project is designed to empower your employees towards a life of better health and wellbeing – simple and effective habit changes that will completely alter their way of thinking! This package includes membership access to our online learning hub throughout the course – it’s filled with real, simple, sustainable strategies for lasting habit change.

We can also be super flexible and meet the needs of your organisation in your own unique way. Perhaps you would like a guest speaker for your next company breakfast or lunch; or tailor a specific programme to a specific demographic within your organisation? We are open to collaborate with businesses big or small in order to continue sharing our wellness messages to all.

We also provide health and wellness consultancy and supervision for those innovative employers who truly have their employee’s best interests at heart. The duration and intervals are completely up to you and your requirements.
