At TLB we teach a Habit-based approach to help you make better CHOICES…What Heather does as a Nutritional COACH, is to help guide you to make better nutritional decisions by examining your current habits and where we can make some adjustments.
We can help you recognise PATTERNS that are affecting your nutrition, and your life! Let’s stop overcomplicating things! Before you spend heaps of money trying to figure out what’s “wrong” with you, we help you work out all the simple strategies that will dramatically affect your health and wellbeing. Simply by getting back to basics and eating good, quality food.
One way to do this is by examining your relationship with yourself and your ENVIRONMENT – NOT your “relationship with food” (I hate that expression…BTW). We look at all of the factors that contribute to your HABITS around eating. Interestingly (and unsurprisingly) these are the factors that are the most difficult to change, and to even notice! We show you how – through honest, true, non-judgmental reflection and digging!
At TLB We subscribe to a simple, vibrant, natural diet that is full of flavour, choice, and variety. By following a few key principles, we can teach you do as well! Simple! Effective! $75 includes: 1hr Individual Nutrition Workshop, 3-day food & mood diary check, macros set-up and post-session check-in
Real Fitness - Fast!
This is for clients who want a quick and simple guided workout. Session Includes: Warm-up, Strength and Conditioning (Resistance Training), followed by a Metabolic (Cardio) piece to finish. For those who are short on time, but still want to maximise their results and have a close eye on their form.
